Regulatory framework
Registered as COOP-CA ARTEL N°1 — Société Coopérative Avec Conseil d'Administration « Alliance de Rénovation du Travail de l'Exploitation des Minerais Locaux N°1 ». We operate under the Cameroonian Mining Code and the oversight of the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development (MINMIDT). Production is declared through the national channels, and we track the ministry's official lists of compliant operators.
